Are OKAISON products eligible for return or exchange?
Nope - our products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, don't stress - we've got you. Just do the following within 24 hours of delivery: Email us at hello@okaison.com, Share an unboxing video and clear photos of the item and outer packaging We'll review and resolve it ASAP.
What if the package looks tampered or broken at the time of delivery?
Please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and let us know right away. Your safety and trust come first.
Do you check the products before shipping?
Absolutely. Every item goes through a quality check before it's packed. If something still slips through, we'll make it right.
Is an unboxing video really required?
Yes - to process any claims about damage, leaks, missing or wrong products, an unboxing video is mandatory
Refunds on Failed Online Transactions
