At OKAISON, we process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. We ship all across India using trusted courier partners, and every order is packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp (if opted in), so you can follow your order every step of the way. Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes (locked mailboxes often found at post offices) or to restricted zones. If there’s any issue with your delivery, we’ll inform you right away. Delays may occasionally happen due to weather or courier issues—but we’re always here to help.
